CAMPUS Terms of Service

Welcome to CAMPUS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CAMPUS website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by CAMPUS (“CAMPUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
The Services are intended for:
- student-athletes
- parents or guardians
- college coaches and recruiting staff
- academies and coaching partners
- other authorized users
Users under 13 years of age may only use CAMPUS where parental consent is obtained in accordance with applicable law.
Users under 18 years of age should use CAMPUS with parental involvement where appropriate.
By using CAMPUS, you represent that:
- the information you provide is accurate
- you have the authority to create the account
- you will comply with these Terms and applicable laws
2. CAMPUS Services
CAMPUS provides tools designed to help athletes, parents, coaches, and programs navigate the college recruiting process.
These tools may include:
- athlete profiles
- video uploads
- messaging tools
- recruiting insights
- college program data
- school comparison tools
- recruiting benchmarks
- matching and recommendation tools
- performance analytics
- transfer-related insights
CAMPUS may update or modify features at any time.
3. Recruiting Insights and Matching Tools
CAMPUS may provide data-driven recommendations including:
- Fit tiers
- Match indicators
- Recruiting benchmarks
- Freshman opportunity signals
- Transfer-related insights
- School comparisons
- Academic fit indicators
These tools are intended for informational purposes only.
CAMPUS does not guarantee:
- coach responses
- recruiting interest
- scholarship offers
- roster placement
- admissions decisions
- playing time
- transfer opportunities
- NIL opportunities
- athletic eligibility outcomes
Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors beyond the control of CAMPUS.
4. User Accounts
To use certain Services, users must create an account.
Users agree to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain the security of their account
- keep login credentials confidential
- promptly update inaccurate information
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Athlete Profiles and User Content
Users may upload or submit content including:
- photos
- swing videos
- tournament videos
- statistics
- written biographies
- academic information
- recruiting preferences
- communications
You retain ownership of your content.
However, by submitting content to CAMPUS, you grant CAMPUS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- host
- display
- reproduce
- distribute
- analyze
- and use the content
for purposes of operating and improving the Services.
6. Content Involving Minors
If you upload content featuring a minor, you represent that:
- you are the minor’s parent or guardian, or
- you have the legal authority to share the content.
CAMPUS reserves the right to remove content that violates:
- these Terms
- safety standards
- applicable law
7. Messaging and Communications
CAMPUS may provide messaging tools between users, including athlete-to-coach communication.
Users agree not to use messaging features to:
- harass
- abuse
- threaten
- solicit illegal activity
- spam users
- impersonate others
CAMPUS may monitor metadata and, when necessary, message content to enforce policies and maintain platform safety.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- provide false recruiting information
- impersonate another person or organization
- upload illegal or harmful content
- scrape or extract data from the platform
- interfere with platform functionality
- circumvent security measures
- use CAMPUS to build competing services
9. Coach and Program Conduct
Coaches and recruiting staff using CAMPUS must:
- represent their programs truthfully
- communicate respectfully with athletes
- comply with applicable recruiting rules and regulations
CAMPUS does not enforce NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or institutional compliance rules and does not guarantee compliance with any governing body.
Users are responsible for their own compliance.
10. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
CAMPUS may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- create safety risks
- misuse the platform
Users may also delete their accounts at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
All platform content including:
- software
- algorithms
- design
- trademarks
- branding
- databases
- recruiting insights
are owned by CAMPUS or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform materials without permission.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
CAMPUS makes no warranties regarding:
- recruiting success
- platform accuracy
- completeness of school data
- coach engagement
- scholarship opportunities
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAMPUS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
